Results

During the research phase, we did not focus on quantitative results, but used the Human Centered Design approach (HCD) to understand the needs and expectations of the constituents and stakeholders. The result of this process, involving interviews and the creation of personas, are qualitative, giving us a deep understanding of the community and its ideas about the brand.
